Because each Custom Lawn Jockey is individually customized and painted to the customer’s specifications, all custom orders become non-refundable once the customer has approved the design and work has begun.

We encourage customers to carefully review and approve all colors, lettering, logos, and design details before production begins.

Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, color preference, or other personal preference after approval.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or if we made an error that does not match the approved design, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate repair, replacement, or other resolution.

Any shipping damage should be photographed, including the product, packaging, and shipping container, so a freight or shipping claim can be documented.
